Operation Christmas Child

We will be starting to collect items for shoe boxes for Operation Christmas Shoebox.  Operation Christmas Child brings joy and hope to children in desperate situations around the world through gift-filled shoe boxes and the Good News of God’s love. Since 1993, more than 61 million shoe boxes have been packed, shipped, and delivered across the globe. People of all ages can be involved in this simple, hands-on mission’s project while focusing on the true meaning of Christmas—Jesus Christ.

 Operation Christmas Child 2011

We will be filling shoe boxes the afternoon of November 17th until we run out of items!! PLEASE note this is a family event and it is amazing to watch the gymnasts as they fill the shoe boxes!

Boxes will be in the waiting area  for the team and recreational classes to fill with items that will go into the shoe boxes.   Last year we filled almost 200 shoe  boxes!!!  We are also accepting already wrapped shoe boxes.  This is a great way to help give back to those not as fortunate as us.
